15. Can I change a task or change the questions on a task?

Once a task has been issued, it cannot be edited while it is active. To change a task you must first archive it. Once this is done you can reissue the task with any relevant amendments made.


Step 1: To archive a task go to the ‘tasks’ menu through the sidebar. Select ‘manage tasks’ and view ‘active’ tasks. 



 

Step 2: The archive button can then be found under the ‘actions’ tab on the right hand side.



 

Step 3: Once your task has been archived you can now reissue the task with any relevant amendments made.
