There are multiple ways that this can be achieved.
Option One
Step 1: To view which students have completed a task, first open the ‘tasks’ menu located on the sidebar. Then click on ‘manage tasks’.
Step 2: Once you have accessed the task menu, click the class name on the task you want to check completion for.
Step 3: This will open a breakdown of which students have completed the task.
Step 4: To access a more detailed breakdown, click the task report button on the task menu. For summative tasks this will be the similarly placed 'GAP analysis report'.
Step 5: This will provide a detailed analysis of your students answers.
Option Two
Go to 'Reports', 'Task Reports' and selecting the course/ task that you would like to look at. From here, you can scroll down to the 'Question Level Analysis'. Here, you will find out who has answered the questions for that task and whether they have answered correctly or incorrectly (see below).
Option Three:
Go to 'Reports', then click on 'Class Report'. You can then search for a particular class. Using the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' you can look for tasks set within the last month or year etc.
This will then bring up a table listing the tasks set within that time period and who has completed the tasks late, on time or not completed them at all (see below).
Option Four:
Go to 'Reports', then click on 'Pupil Reports'. From here, you can search for a particular pupil, specifying the time frame you would like to search within. This will bring up all the tasks that individual has been set within the time period given and whether the tasks have been completed on time, late or are overdue (see below).
