1. How can I access support ?

Once logged into your SATs Companion account you can access friendly and helpful support via a range of methods. 

Step 1: Follow this link to log into your account: https://app.satscompanion.com/school/login

Step 2: Select the support tab on the left-hand side of your screen. 




Step 2: You can then choose the most convenient way to get in touch with us.

You can:
  1. Submit a ticket to our customer support team
  2. Chat with us on our live chat (this is only available for Platinum Subscription accounts.)
  3. Call us on 020 8767 1971
  4. Visit our knowledge bank for a library of useful guides
  5. Book a webinar with one of our account managers who will guide you through all the areas of SATs Companion.
