1. How can I access support ?

Once logged into your Mirodo account you can access friendly and helpful support via a range of methods. 

Step 1: Follow this link to log into your account: https://app.mirodoeducation.com/school/login

Step 2: Select the support tab on the left-hand side of your screen. 




Step 3: You can then choose the most convenient way to get in touch with us.

You can: 
  1. Submit a ticket to our customer support team
  2. Chat with us on our live chat (Please Note: This is only available for Platinum Subscription account holders)
  3. Call us on 020 8767 1971
  4. Visit our knowledge bank for a library of useful guides
  5. Book a webinar with one of our account managers who will guide you through all the areas of Mirodo.
