2. How can I see how many licences I have left?

To see how many pupil licences you have left on your account, please follow the steps below. 

Step 1: Click on the 'My Account' tab. 




Step 2: Here you can view a Licence Breakdown table. This will tell you the total number of licences that have been purchased, how many are in use and how many remain. 




Step 3: Under this section, you also have the option to 'Upgrade Licences'. If you would like to request more, enter the amount in the box and select 'Send Request'.
