Step 2: Click on the sheet you would like to input data into first. Either the 'Teacher Information' tab or the 'Pupil Inport' tab.

Step 3: In the 'Teacher Information' tab. Please complete the box at the top, with the main contacts for the school. Please include- first name, last name, role, email ID and phone number.

Step 4: Please complete the box at the bottom, with the teacher's information. Please include- first name, last name, email address, job role, account access required and the classes and groups that they want to be assigned to.  Please note, for data and security purposes, any staff with pre-existing accounts not listed on the spreadsheet will be removed from the system.

Step 5: Click on the 'Pupil import' sheet.

Step 6: Please input the student's first names, last names and class or group. If you would like us to automatically generate the usernames and passwords for your students, please leave those columns blank.
