Step 1: To set a Go Live task, click on 'Tasks' then 'Set Formative'.
Step 2: Select 'Go Live' and go through setting the task as you usually would. If you are unsure on how to set a formative task, please click
here.
Step 3: Assign a date and press 'Submit'.
Step 4: You will then be given the option to set a reward. Either click the 'X' or 'Yes' depending on your choice.
Step 5: The task will then appear under formative tasks.
Step 6: Under the 'Actions' tab, you have the options to preview the access code, archive the task or start the task.
Step 7: Click on 'Start'. This will show you the access code (which will need to be given to your pupils so they can access the task).
Step 8: You will get the option to 'Push single question' or 'Push all questions'. This allows you to either assign one question at a time or assign all the questions at once.
Step 9: The 'Question Level Analysis' will give you real-time data. Showing you each pupil's mark as soon as they have answered the question.
Step 10: By clicking on 'View' (under the question number), you can see individual pupil responses. This section will show you the question and who out of your pupils have answered correctly, incorrectly or skipped the question. As well as this, it shows you the exact answer your pupils have entered. This allows you to see where your pupils have gone wrong, if they have answered incorrectly.
