2. Can I download my report data ?
We understand how vital it is to be able to view data in many forms. Through Sats Companion you are able to download the data in a spreadsheet format, enabling you to analyse and share it with colleagues.
Currently, our download feature is available for class reports and gap analysis reports.
Step 1: Select the report you are wanting to download the data from.
Step 2: Select either a class or group then choose a time frame.
Step 3: Move down the screen to either Intervention Topics or Strand breakdown.
Step 4: Click on the download button. Please note if you are downloading a Strand breakdown the document that has been downloaded will show the results broken down to a sub-strand level only.
Step 5: Your spreadsheet will now be in your downloads file and ready to open.
